What You’ll Do:
- Deliver a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and more.
- Provide expert advice on products and aftercare to clients.
- Ensure a clean, serene, and relaxing environment for clients.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and techniques.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalised recommendations for treatments.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet business goals.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitised and stored.
- Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing guest services.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified Spa Therapist with relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent).
- Experience in delivering a variety of treatments.
- Passion for wellness and a commitment to exceptional client care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

We are looking for the right candidate to fill the position of Cocktail/Wine Bartender. You will be a proven cocktail experience with a great track record of quality and speed when it comes to cocktails and all other drinks and service.
Ideally you will have knowledge of the hospitality industry, although full training will be given, be confident, courteous and professional, you will provide an efficient and organised service at all times. You will be personable, with an emphasis on creating memorable and unique experiences for our guests.

This is a fast-paced role where you will be responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery of all event.
