All entries will be placed into a prize draw to win an overnight stay for two in a luxury double room, including breakfast at Hawkstone Hall & Gardens.

Winners must be NHS employees. Proof may be requested prior to your stay.

The prize is subject to availability.

The prize winner will be chosen at random.

The winner will be notified via email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 2 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
