Hawkstone Hall & Gardens offers the ideal venue for team building, corporate events, lectures, celebratory dinners and more. With a wide selection of rooms at your disposal we aim to meet all your corporate needs.

Hawkstone Hall has long been a place for important meetings, with a distinguished history that dates back over 550 years. Offering unparallel levels of privacy, the hall is the perfect setting for board retreats, strategy meetings or exclusive product launches, or simply to entertain important clients in beautiful surroundings.

Hawkstone Hall guests and visitors will now get exclusive access to more than 7,000 of the world’s top newspapers and magazines everytime you visit and stay with us at Hawkstone Hall. The newspapers and magazines are updated everyday in hundreds of different languages as soon as they’re are available on shelves by using the PressReader app. On arrival, you will be given instructions on how to download and login to the app where you can enjoy unlimited access to the world’s best content. Whilst your at Hawkstone Hall you can download and save them to read offline whenever or wherever you are.

Spaces

Hawkstone Hall can be taken on an exclusive use basis to ensure your utmost privacy, or alternatively with private meeting and dining space with delegate rates available. We have many conference and meeting spaces to offer along with break-out areas, which are ideal for smaller discussions and group activities. Dining for up to 200 guests in the refectory/chapel or 120 in the house. Individual room hire – prices are subject to availability and may vary through out seasons.

Team Building

Our team of experienced event managers works directly with you to arrange a wide variety of on-site and off-site activities designed to support your objectives.

We can arrange rounds of golf, clay pigeon shooting, horse riding, foraging expeditions, archery competitions or entirely bespoke packages.

Whether you are looking to host a spectacular banquet, throw an incredible product launch or simply find the peace and tranquillity you need to focus and reenergise your team, Hawkstone Hall offers superb flexibility and space, and a wonderful team to help deliver your vision.

Hawkstone Hall hosts 13 suites and 24 classic double bedrooms including 2 twin rooms.

Where teams are happy to share twin bedrooms, we can offer accommodation for 54 guests. When teams would prefer individual bedrooms, we can accommodate from 37 guests.

Alternatively, for couples sharing a bed we can accommodate 74 guests.
