With over 15 years of leading renowned restaurants across the UK and competing in the semi-finals of Masterchef 2019, esteemed chef Arbinder Singh Dugal will be taking over Hawkstone’s breathtaking Chapel, collaborating with executive chef Andrew Watts to provide an exclusive 5-course fine dining experience.
Known for his style of Progressive Indian cuisine, Arbinder will be using his combination of French and European cooking techniques to inspire a flavourful and vibrant menu that will evoke all of the senses. With Andrew Watt’s influence and adopting Hawkstone’s sustainable approach to dining, select ingredients will be foraged from the Kitchen Garden and sourced from local Shropshire farmers.
