For Asian and Fusion weddings we provide a vast array of options and spaces, offering a completely unique experience for you and your guests to enjoy for each special element of your day. From the intricately detailed ceiling of the Ballroom for your mandap or civil ceremony, to the huge arched windows of The Saloon for your cocktail hour, to the grandeur of The Chapel for dining and The Refectory for dancing.
Each space provides its very own highlight. You can see all of the available spaces listed below, along with their varying uses and capacities. We are also home to a number of beautiful lounge & bar areas, which you and your guests may wish to utilise throughout the day.
The Chapel
Wedding Reception or Ceremony (Maximum 200).
The Ballroom
Civil Ceremony (Maximum 150) or Wedding Banquet (Maximum 120).
The Saloon
Civil Ceremony (Maximum 100) or Wedding Banquet (Maximum 80) or Standing Reception (Maximum 150).
The Refectory
Wedding Banquet (Maximum 170) or Evening Reception (Maximum 200).
Your Bridal Wing
Sip champagne with loved ones and truly savour those final moments before walking down the aisle. Hawkstone Hall provides you with a breath-taking space to make all of your bridal and bridesmaid preparations on the morning of your wedding day. A huge, light and airy space, the Bridal Wing offers individual hair & make-up stations, comfortable seating, dress hanging rails, personal Butler service for the bride the night before, and the day of her wedding & space to enjoy a relaxed breakfast buffet, whilst you sit back & anticipate all that is to come.
It’s very important that you get a good night sleep before your Wedding day, with that in mind you will be truly spoilt in our Bridal Preparation Suite and with an enormous 7ft ‘Emperor’ size bed, you can rest assured that you’re in for glorious night’s sleep.
The Cave
Introducing ‘The Cave’
Our brides have the luxury of their own bridal preparation wing on the morning of their big day, so we thought it fair that we design a little somewhere special for our Groom’s too.
The Cave will provide a cool and luxurious space for the gents to make all of their pre-wedding preparations in. Boasting a flat screen tv, PlayStation, pool table, fussball table, darts board, arcade game and it’s own lounging area, our Grooms are in for a real treat from the moment they arrive.
Your Love Buggy
Our beloved love buggy enables you to access the most picturesque parts of our gardens for your wedding photographs, with minimal walking required. Our driver will escort you to any areas that your photographer wishes to access during your drink’s reception. This is a wonderful way of saving time that you should be with your loved ones & ensuring your beautiful dress remains in pristine condition throughout the day. The apple orchard, secret garden and lily pond, all provide the most beautiful backdrops for those ever-lasting moments.
Your Gardens
Our 88 acres of magnificent gardens have been lovingly nurtured by our in-house gardening team for a number of years. Perfectly pruned and kept, to the standard you would expect in the grounds of such a prestigious building, our gardens provide a wonderful setting for all of your celebrations.
To truly integrate the gardens into your special day, you can choose to have your Wedding Ceremony next to the Lily Pond & Rose Garden, or your drinks reception in The Orchard or on The Lawns. Below are some of the wonderful features for your guests to enjoy via the paths & trails of the estate;

External Catering & Alcohol
As an Asian or Fusion Wedding client, you are able to bring in your own external caterers & suppliers to Hawkstone Hall as they specialise in the relevant areas.
Your venue hire fee is inclusive of corkage, enabling you to bring your own wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks for your special day. Please note that our in-house bars will not be available for your use or to be staffed by an external caterer, however these will be staffed by our own team throughout the day should your guests wish to buy a drink whilst you’re in the Hall itself.
