The Saloon Restaurant is a chiefly British culinary celebration, all of our dishes are made using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients from our neighbours in the Shropshire countryside. The setting offers a stunning backdrop, with a truly unique gold-gild ceiling and plush interiors, in one of the oldest parts of the Main House.

Despite the grandeur of The Saloon itself, we encourage a relaxed but meticulous service and do not enforce a ‘jacket & tie’ dress code in the restaurant. You can find details of our other alternative dining options, Hills Kitchen and The Snug Bar here.

The Saloon Restaurant is open 7 days a week. Serving Afternoon Tea Monday – Saturday from 12noon – 3.30pm.

A delicious A La Carte evening menu Monday – Saturday from 6.00pm – 9:30pm & Sunday Lunch every Sunday from 12noon – 8.00pm.
