The Saloon Restaurant delivers a culinary celebration of seasonal and locally sourced ingredients from not only our farming neighbours in the Shropshire countryside but also our very own Kitchen Garden, located less than a mile from the restaurant itself.
Foraged, picked, and prepped daily The Kitchen Garden provides an abundance of flavour, seasonality, and fresh picked ingredients that supply the garnishes, flourishes and flavours you see on the menu.
Served in a truly stunning setting overlooking the glorious gardens, surrounded by portraits and landscapes in what used to be the Art Gallery owned by the Hill family, whose ancestors resided here for over 300 years.
Hawkstone Hall is now an all cashless venue.

A delicious A La Carte evening menu Monday – Saturday from 6.00pm – 9:30pm & Sunday Lunch every Sunday from 12noon – 8.00pm. Despite the grandeur of The Saloon itself, we encourage a relaxed but meticulous service and do not enforce a ‘jacket & tie’ dress code in the restaurant.
